right. Well last saturday Dave Miller merged the qemu/write support, so
this feature should be available to us soon. It is appararently also
faster than 9p write. It might be worth waiting for fedora kernels/qemu to
have this support and then look at migrating away from 9p. An additional
advantage is if this would make it into RHEL kernels too, bedause
writable 9p will never ever go into RHEL kernels.
