[Swan-dev] Heads up initsystems/systemd changes

FYI,

As part of fixing a bug where initsystems/systemd didn't work with
OBJDIR=/var/tmp/OBJ.kvm I converted that directory's Makefile to using
mk/*.mk.

Hopefully nothing is broken (this is the directory used when testing, and
test installs still seem to work), but take care; especially with other
initsystems directories which I didn't touch.
