When one replies to a swan-commit message, it does not go to
Swan-commit at lists.libreswan.org. So leaving [Swan-commit] in the
subject is confusing (including to my mail sorting).

The subject lines generated by git are terrible: they don't describe
anything about the commit. When replying, please put useful
information in the subject line.

BTW, I don't think anyone should be actually posting to the
swan-commit list. So the signature generated on each message should
be revised:

Current:
	Swan-commit mailing list
	Swan-commit at lists.libreswan.org
	https://lists.libreswan.org/mailman/listinfo/swan-commit

Proposed:
Swan-commit mailing list (read-only: respond on swan-dev list)
	https://lists.libreswan.org/mailman/listinfo/swan-commit
