In testing/pluto/TESTLIST, several tests appear more than once.  This 
seems wasteful and confusing.

kvmplutotest	ikev2-17-rekey				good
kvmplutotest	ikev2-17-rekey				good

kvmplutotest	ikev2-algo-05-aes-default		good
kvmplutotest	ikev2-algo-05-aes-default		good

umlplutotest    algo-pluto-07          good
kvmplutotest    algo-pluto-07			good

kvmplutotest    netkey-pluto-02			good
kvmplutotest    netkey-pluto-02			good

Perhaps listing algo-pluto-07 once as a umlplutotest and once as a
kvmplutotest is legitimate.

I have not checked other TESTLISTS.

Should I just delete the second of each duplicate pair?
Which of the algo-pluto-07 lines should go?
