    testing: add crossing-streams-03-ikev2-delete-{ike,child,ike-vs-child}
    
    Mark as "good" as these demonstrate how Libreswan behaves (and doesn't
    crash), but note that the behaviour isn't very RFC compliant.  See:
      crossing IKE SA delete ignored #1587
      initiator delete Child SA in two steps #1586
