    impair: update message code
    
    - drop replay_backwards; not used
    - rename replay_forwards to replay_inbound and replay_outbound
      clarify that it is always old2new
    - rename replay_duplicates to duplicate_inbound, add
      duplicate_outbound (almost identical to jacob_two_two)
