[Swan] Adding configuration using ipsec whack

Hi,

man 5 ipsec.conf suggests "Configurations can be added using this 
configuration file or by using ipsec whack directly"

IIUC one can put a file in /etc/ipsec.d, foo.conf, then 'ipsec auto 
--add foo'.

Are there any examples I can look of using ipsec whack directly?
