[Swan] ipv4 and ipv6

Hi All,

What's the best practice approach to managing dual stacks in libreswan
for mobile clients? 
In some environments only ipv4 or ipv6 is available and in others a
dual stack is available.

The terminating server has dual stack and services may be both ip4 or 6
