[Swan] Microsoft January 2022 update breaks IKEv2 connections

Please be aware that we are hearing several reports of people that the
January "Patch Tuesday" of Microsoft breaks IKEv2 VPN configurations.

This seems to involve KB5008876 and KB5009543 for 21H1.

It seems Microsoft has removed these updates from being available, but
clients might need to uninstall these if they got automatic updates
enabled.
