[Swan] Lost IKEv1 connectivity after libreswan upgrade

It says: "CoId={95977531-E143-0004-FEC5-979543E1D701}: The user SYSTEM
dialed a connection named ALU VPN v1.1 which has failed. The error code
returned on failure is 789."
But the connection to UniFi UDM-Pro L2TP IPSEC PSK VPN works ...
