[Swan] IPsec communication with racoon and libreswan

We have some older RHEL systems running IPsec with racoon. We have migrated
to IPsec with libreswan on the new systems.

Is it possible to have an IPsec connection ( tunnel ) between hosts
implementing racoon and libreswan ?
