[Swan] ipsec.conf repath

Hi Team, 

Please help to provide information on how i can set my ipsec.conf read path other than etc directory in ubuntu. 

I want my system to read ipsec.conf configuration file from different directory than etc, like i want my system read ipsec.conf file from this - ~/opt/usr path then what and where i need to change settings.
