[Swan] Implementation status of RFC 4739 (Multiple Authentication Exchanges in the IKEv2 Protocol)

Does anyone know the current implementation status for RFC 4739 (Multiple Authentication Exchanges in the IKEv2 Protocol)? https://libreswan.org/wiki/Implemented_Standards indicates it's planned, but I wasn't sure if there was someone actively working on it.
