[Swan] Libreswan 3.28 rpm

I just tried updating my 3.26 to 3.28 Libreswan on CentOS6

https://download.libreswan.org/binaries/rhel/6/x86_64/

It picks up 3.27 rpms but not 3.28 ??

Resolving Dependencies
--> Running transaction check
---> Package libreswan.x86_64 0:3.26-2.el6_9 will be updated
---> Package libreswan.x86_64 0:3.27-1.el6_9 will be an update
--> Finished Dependency Resolution

Any ideas why it is missing the 3.28 version I can see in the repo?

I have installed it manually on a test machine and it works OK so far so
I was going to update the other boxes with it.
