No.  You didn't.  And I didn't.  I am sure you prefer to believe that though.

I asked repeatedly how to configure the right, and I asked in many ways, and never got a straight answer.  Only the left is in the docs, with no perspective on the right.  You completely missed the point of my requested SuperLan config, and then made clear to another user that 'opportunistic vpn' is exactly what I had been asking about.

I need static IP, and I don't care if it's part of the initiator's, responder's, or VPN's class C, but all you can do is DHCP.  How this has never been a problem with servers before, I'll never understand.  This is not something that I stubbornly 'prefer' as you imply;  it's something I must have functionally.

I have far too many other things to do, so have to drop Libreswan.  I am sure you'll understand.  It's just impractical.
