[Swan] hidetos with NETKEY & VTI

I’m interested in ‘unhiding’ TOS bits with a NETKEY VTI Libreswan setup. I see the ‘hidetos’ configuration value is specific to the KLIPS kernel configuration, is it available for the NETKEY VTI configuration?
