[Swan] Loading a list of clients

[Dynastic Space]

   1. I need to load a file of my registered clients to libreswan. They
   will be using libreswan as their VPN server.
   Where can I find information about loading such a file?
   2. Is the password specified in that file?
   3. What is the hashing algorithm used to encrypt the password?
