[Swan] ERROR: netlink response for Del SA included errno 3: No such process

Hi,

My VPN works fine. I can start/stop it without problem and I can ping to
the other side. However, I see some error message in /var/log/auth.log when
I stop ipsec or bring down an interface.

I was able to see the spi using "ip xfrm state" when ipsec is up.
Meanwhile, during the start, I do see another error message, not sure if
it's related.

Any idea what's wrong here? Please let me know if full config and log are
needed.
