[Swan] L2TP/IPsec VPN client

Hi All,

I'm looking for a documentation for how to setup an L2TP/IPSec _client_ on
ubuntu (the server has only command line and no GUI)

In the past I used "ppa:werner-jaeger/ppa-werner-vpn" but it looks like it
doesn't work anymore

Any pointers?
