[Swan] L2TP/IPsec with certificates: INVALID_KEY_INFORMATION

Paul,

I reported a while ago that I couldn't get l2tp working over the tunnel; 
I have been loosely following this thread and it seems to follow the 
same theme...  This makes me wonder if it wasn't just me.
