[Swan] No v3.17 tag at git ?

How can I clone v3.17 tag at git?
Seems like v3.17 is actually the master and last release was v3.16...

git clone --branch v3.17 https://github.com/libreswan/libreswan
Cloning into 'libreswan'...
fatal: Remote branch v3.17 not found in upstream origin

Am I missing something?
