While 3.15 runs successfully, seems 3.16 have issues.

My installation in a pristine Trusty instance (Ubuntu 14.04.3 LTS):

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install libnspr4 libnspr4-0d libnss3 libnss3-tools libunbound2
libcurl3-nss libevent-pthreads-2.0-5 libgmp10 libevent-core-2.0-5
libnss3-nssdb

sudo rm -f /etc/ipsec.secrets
sudo rm -f /etc/ipsec.conf

echo 'libreswan libreswan/install_x509_certificate boolean
false' > /tmp/preseed
echo 'libreswan libreswan/no-oe_include_file note' >> /tmp/preseed
sudo debconf-set-selections /tmp/preseed
export DEBIAN_FRONTEND=noninteractive DEBCONF_NONINTERACTIVE_SEEN=true

sudo wget -q
ftp://ftp.libreswan.org/binaries/debian/jessie/libreswan_3.16-1_amd64.deb
sudo dpkg -i libreswan_3.16-1_amd64.deb

ubuntu at XXXXXXX:~$ service ipsec status
ipsec: unrecognized service

Installation finishes successfully.

Am I missing something?

Thanks in advance
