[Swan] Strange ip_vti0 network device

Dear All LibreSwan 3.14 Users,
I download, install and run this binary package successfully.
https://download.libreswan.org/binaries/ubuntu/14.04/

However, there appears a zombie network device ip_vti0 on my system as
shown in the attachment.  It induces a zombie process on the OS
statistics.  It never appeared in any version of Openswan running before.

Is it a bug of this package?  How do I get rid of this zombie device?
