[Swan] compilation failed

Dear libreswan ers ,

                Have a nice day , today is my first day I hear and wish to try your libreswan,

But unfortunately it failed  I downloaded it from your website version 3.7 and 3.8 and it does not compiled successfully with me , although I do the pre-request
