[Swan] what is the command in libreswan to see number of tunnels is up ?

I commited a patch for "ipsec status" to show it as part of its output.

To make it useful for the initscript, we probably should add a new whack
option that just displays that one single line.

It now shows for me as:

[ lots of stuff]
000
000 Total IPsec connections: loaded 1, active 1
000
[ more stuff ]
