Can you make the conn name all lowercase? We did fix the code to treat
all conns case sensitive, but before that it would in some parts also
find it when the case was mismatched.

I think we also incorrectly process too much of a conn that is put in
auto=ignore, at least with respect to doing DNS resolving.
