[Swan-dev] heads up; Libreswan's build system dropped $(FINAL...) variables for install destination

If you're into packaging libreswan for a distro can I encourage you to
try a package run with mainline and let us know how it goes.
Libreswan has dropped make variables such as FINALSBINDIR and is
instead using the more common convention of $(DESTDIR)$(SBINDIR).  The
full list to play with is in mk/config.mk.
