[Swan-dev] Error compiling libreswan-4.4-4.0.1

Hi Folks,

I am compiling libreswan-4.4-4.0.1 source in Linux el8-u5 and run into the
following error.

Has anyone noticed this error and any idea on how to overcome this error?
