Except: your iPhone Mail user agent converted your -- to some Unicode 
dash.  So copy-and-paste into a shell fails (but the diagnostic is hard to 
understand because the dash looks as if it is correct).

Here's the version you meant.  I added "libreswan" so that only libreswan 
is updated from testing (and any dependencies that happen to be in 
testing).

  dnf update --enablerepo=updates-testing libreswan
