[Swan-dev] Libreswan not loading connection

Hi Folks,

I have Libreswan installed in a Linux machine and I have a connection file
created in /etc/ipsec.d/ folder.

However when I start the ipsec, it does not load the connection file from
/etc/ipsec.d folder for some reason. I also looked at the pluto log file, I
don't see the "added connection <connection-name>." logs.

Any ideas on what is missing?
