[Swan-dev] rr works with `pluto`

Hi folks,

In case you weren't aware, the latest version of rr (record + replay) debugger which is capable of efficient reverse execution works with `pluto` (https://rr-project.org/).

Earlier this year, Robert O'Callahan (one of the leads on `rr) kindly fixed all the issues I encountered while trying to debug `pluto`. Since then, I have used `rr` frequently and effectively to resolve Libreswan issues.

If you haven't used `rr` before, I would strongly recommend giving it a try.

If you run into any issues with `rr` while debugging Libreswan, just file an issue on https://github.com/rr-debugger/rr They are very responsive.
