thanks for this fix!  I notice that there is no v3.29 tag in the
https://github.com/libreswan/libreswan repo yet.  Perhaps a push failed
(or forgot to use --follow-tags)?

at any rate, it would help me as a downstream packager if the libreswan
release process could adopt a test to ensure that the tag is published
before the release annoncement is sent out.
