I just did that.  Originally I was using
	kernel-4.20.3-200.fc29.x86_64
Now I've fallen back to
	kernel-4.19.15-300.fc29.x86_64

Hung again.

It looks like dynamic-iface-01 and
interop-ikev2-strongswan-45-initiator-ecdsa-384 kind of finished at
11:52 but are still running over 3 hours later.

interop-ikev2-strongswan-45-initiator-ecdsa-384 is likely failing due to 
my change (I'm looking into that).  But that doesn't explain why the test 
suite grinds to a halt.
