It seems so. Running a namespace test i see some new output
though:

-192.0.1.0/24 via 192.1.2.45 dev eth1
+192.0.1.0/24 dev eth1 scope link

Running a kvmrunner test on the same f30 guests worked fine.

So after 3.30 is released, perhaps we should try to migrate
guests to fedora 31 or centos8 ?
