can the impair parser take connection name? or are you thinking of whack 
commands? rekey I just added is a whack command. I needed for clones/pCPU 
testing and also we have have talking about it for ages.

I have a feeling rekey commands are also useful for admins to troubleshoot.  
so I leaned to whack.

Initially I was leaning toward impair than whack. Also whack seems to 
flexible to specify --name conn.
