There is only one libreswan repository, wich is at github.

Most of our open bugs are not easy ones. These are relatively
stand-alone, but you would still likely need to chat with us
via email or on the #swan irc channel at freenode.

Some of the latter ones could have been done already.

You can also look through the source for XXX or FIXME comments. Some of
these might be easy, some of them will be very hard.
