[Swan-dev] antonyantony/libreswan#10497 (travis-centos-7 - 2b91dfe)

I'd strip -Werror=missing-field-initializers from the warning flags when
trying to build with an old compilers.
The " sk = { ... }" variant of that code's been around for some time and
F28's compiler is happy.
