I recommend turning one test into two:

- one with addresspool failure, so that gets tested.
  ikev1-hostpair-01 the way it is now does that job (although a better
  one might be possible)

- one with the original purpose.  That's just the ikev1-hostpair-01
  with the larger address pool of yore.
