I'm in a test's directory and I want to run just that test. I think
that's how Paul does one-at-a-time testing.
For one-at-a-time testing I've been using what's documented in
make kvm-help
which is
make kvm-check KVM_TESTS+=testing/pluto/basic-pluto-0[0-1]
(I don't type the "+"; I think that is new.)
