[Swan-dev] test directories completely missing from TESTLIST

here's an updated and shorter list, the previous one contained a few
directories that had been deleted from git but not locally.

The invalid directory messages are from kvm applying a heuristic to
decide if the directory looks like a test. I suspect
xauth-pluto-apple-01 can be deleted.

$ ./testing/utils/missing-from-testlist.sh
kvmresults 0.00: directory 'testing/pluto/bin' is invalid
kvmresults 0.02: directory 'testing/pluto/inputs' is invalid
kvmresults 0.03: directory 'testing/pluto/xauth-pluto-apple-01' is invalid
