The debian packaging doesn't ship the klips stuff at all, so please
don't keep it around for my sake :)

I'd personally be happy to see the codebase reduced, so that whatever
development time the project has available can be more tightly focused
on successful, modern implementation that takes advantage of the
existing features in the Linux kernel.
