[Swan-dev] results from yesterdays tests

It has been more than a week since I could run the tests to completion.  I 
ran them with HEAD == 1d31f8e38b41f035eb2a4b624504112de537e78f
(in other words, as of Fri Jul 29 09:40:24 2016 -0400)

The run took 9 hours.  Previously it would take about 5.75 hours.  So
this is much worse.

The results were better: a number of tests passed when they previously
failed.  I'm going to report only the new failures.
