[Swan-dev] results web page can compare results

I finally got around to pushing my hacks to the test results page:

   http://testing.libreswan.org/results/testing

that add a "Compare Results" tab (er, button).  I think it works with
firefox and chrome.

It uses d3.js; it was kind of sort of working with Tidy-Table for some time
the implementation never seemed right.
