This is the first time I've run the tests in almost a week.
All news is good news!
The following went from fail to pass:
	ikev2-46-basic-psk-netkey
	nflog-01-global
	nflog-03-conns
	newoe-08-ike-replace-responder
	newoe-15-portpass
	newoe-18-poc-cop
	dpd-01
None of this improvement was my doing.

Some of these tests don't produce stable results, or at least did not
in the past.  I expect some future regression.
