I've removed the "shannon entropy" code. Instead we now:

1) warn for PSKs of very small length regardless of entropy
2) warn when using IKEv1 Aggressive Mode with PSK

This also removed the use of log2() so the linking errors should be gone
too on debian/ubuntu.
