The diagram in <https://libreswan.org/wiki/Test_Suite> shows no node
with this address.

NIC is used as a DNS by east but it isn't working.

Paul: when you were playing with my machine, you rewrote west's
resolv.conf to use 8.8.8.8.  I'd rather a built-in solution.
