[Swan-dev] Adding standalone test program

Is there a generic Makefile or a spot in the source tree to add in a standalone
test program? It will just need the usual headers plus the NSS libraries. I
tried using some of the Makefiles for other programs in testing/lib, but it
looks like the testing "functions.sh" script didn't like it. I'm not sure if I
need to use that or if there's somewhere else I should be looking.
