[Swan-dev] [Swan] libreswan 3.9rc1 Release Candidate: please test!

The Libreswan Project writes:

Libreswan 3.9rc1:
- Builds fine on Slackware64 13.1;
- Builds fine on Slackware64 14.1;
- Works fine with linux kernel 3.10.36 and KLIPS on Slackware64 13.1, with
  Libreswan 3.8 on linux kernel 3.10.24 on the other end.

This has not been an extensive test, but my setup, simple though it may be,  
works with 3.9rc1 just like it did with 3.8.
