[Swan-dev] heads up on two changes that might cause issues with merging

Hi,

There will be two changes done in the next few weeks that might
affect your mergability of oustanding changes:

1) Change the nss PR_ASSERT() to our own passert()

This is because PR_ASSERT() does not do anything without DEBUG
being defined, which we have removed.

2) Rename spdb_v1_struct.c and spdb_v2_struct.c to ikev[12]_spdb_struct.c

This is to make it consistent. All ikev2 file names than starts with ikev2_*

This will be done after the California/NAT-T code has been pushed in
the tree.
