I still have the same problem:

Apr 10 17:44:00 server pluto[22079]: packet from 82.30.103.217:500: 
initial Main Mode message received on 82.19.147.85:500 but no connection 
has been authorized with policy=PSK

Was the rc1 supposed to fix it? I can give you the plutodebug log if you 
want it.
